Important Shipping Disclaimer:
 • Damages must be reported within 72 hours from the time of delivery.
 • Shortages or picking errors must be reported within 48 hours from the time of delivery.
 • Expedited orders do not qualify for free shipping.
 We recommend inspecting all shipments promptly upon arrival to ensure accuracy and to report any issues within the stated timeframes.
 Parcel: To be eligible for free UPS Ground shipping below requirements must be met:
 • Orders must be over $500.
 • Each package must be less than 20 lbs. and less than 44ˮ.
 Local Delivery:
 Freight LTL Orders:

 To be eligible for free freight LTL orders, following order minimums must be met:
 • Region 1: IL, WI, MN, IA, MO, TN, KY, IN, OH, MI - $2,000.00
 • Region 2: NY, PA, NJ, DE, MD, WV, VA, NC, SC, GA, AL, FL- $2,500.00
 • Region 3: ND, SD, NE, KS, OK, AR, MS, LA, TX - $3,000.00  
• Region 4: MT, WY, UT, CO, AZ, NM - $4,000.00 
• Region 5: ME, VT, NH, MA, CT, RI, WA, OR, ID, NV, CA - $5,000.00
 Free Shipping applies to Standard LTL shipments that are dock-to-dock and delivered to commercial addresses.
 Additional delivery fees will apply for the following special services:
 • Liftgate – $125
 • Pre-calls – $25
 • Appointment delivery – $25
 • Date & Time Sensitive Deliveries – Ask for pricing
 • Residential Deliveries – Ask for pricing
 • Limited Access Locations – Ask for pricing
